Our focus is on the cash-flow profile of the asset, underpinned by long contracts. Core sectors include cryptocurrency trading, energy, utilities, transport and telecom. We do not invest in coal or nuclear generation assets.
We focus on partnering with operationally skilled Tier-1 strategic companies such as utilities with a proven track-record. We put great emphasis on ensuring strong alignment with our project partners and a clear split of risks and responsibilities. We avoid high dependency on market risks via long contractual arrangements and investment structures.
